<< DESCRIPTION >>
** Service Outline **
We provide Preparation, Interpretation/Attendance/Negotiation Services, and Bump Out services for the International Trade Shows/Exhibitions in Japan. The point of difference is we look after preparation and post show process.
OK, fixed that we exhibit at a show in Japan. Our government looks after us well. Even the interpreter are provided free of charge. But aren’t there more things you’d appreciate if done in Japan? Like if you need bottled waters at a food show. Would you ship bottles of water? We can take care of this.
Post Show Pull-Down Example)
The show successfully ended. A lot of customers came and looks like some good business coming in. But you have boxes of product samples left over. The brochures too. Not an amount which you can put in the bin in the venue. What do you do? Are you going to pay extra to ship back to your country? Put in your suit case and hand carry back? We will take care of it and either properly dispose of or keep them.
** Features of Your Service (competitive business fields, advantages) **
As above, we do preparation, receiving the items beforehand, communicating with non-English speaking show organizer, and the bump out. Almost all can be done for pre-show, during the show, and post show periods. Also we do attend customers and business negotiation support which some interpretation companies won’t do. We have a contract with English speaking carpenter that can support your designer and builders’ communication.
** Examples of Fees **
Taking advantage of being a small entity, you only need to pay (JP50,000)/day + actual cost (transportation, accomodation etc). We do not take fees for the preparation.
