The small and medium enterprises [SME] are what we are focusing.
As customers and as suppliers.

We tend to make same mistakes as to target government agencies and
major corporations that trade on Tokyo stock exchange.

This is no no.

By a fact, 98% of all companies in Japan are SME.
The definition of SME in Japan for manufacture is;
Capital is 300 million yen or less
No. of Employees is 300 or less

If you are dealing with an entity in Japan with the
capital of US$3mil and 280 staff, that’s a good and big customer, isn’t it?

So do you still want to aim at companies like Toyota, Honda, Kawasaki?
